Rulezman Suspension

Rulezman Products - Responsibility and Warranty:

1. Warranty Coverage: Rulezman products are covered for one year (two years inside EU) from original date of purchase against manufacturer defects in material and workmanship. The warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferrable. Proof of purchase is required.
2. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
* Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, fading, or abrasion of paint and finishes.
* Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, neglect, modifications, or alterations, corrosion.
* Any use of the product outside of its intended purpose
3. Responsibility of the Buyer: It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all parts are compatible with their bicycle before installation. Installation of the Product should be performed by a qualified technician or experienced individual. Improper installation and/or use can lead to product failure, injury, or void the warranty.
4. Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, the buyer must contact RULEZMAN with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the defective part. Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period and are subject to inspection and approval by RULEZMAN before any repair or replacement is issued.
5. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall RULEZMAN be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product, including but not limited to lost profits, injury, or damage to the bicycle or other property. RULEZMAN’s liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product.
6. Governing Law: This warranty and disclaimer are governed by the laws of ITALY, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved in the competent courts of ITALY
7. Final Agreement: By purchasing and using Rulezman's Product, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this warranty and responsibility disclaimer. If any term is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Rulezman Prototypes - Responsibility and Warranty:

1. No Warranty The prototype product is sold without any express or implied warranty, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Buyer acknowledges that this product is a prototype, and may have defects, bugs, or other issues that are inherent in prototype designs and development.
2. No Liability The Seller will not be held liable for any damages, loss of use, injury, or other negative consequences resulting from the use or misuse of the prototype product. The Buyer accepts full responsibility for the safe and proper use of the product.
3. Product Use The Buyer acknowledges that the prototype is not intended for commercial or extensive use and is intended for testing, evaluation, and feedback purposes only. The Buyer agrees to use the product in accordance with any provided instructions and safety guidelines.
4. No Refunds or Exchanges All sales of the prototype product are final. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or returns unless required by law. The Buyer accepts the product as-is and acknowledges that no claims will be made against the Seller for defects or performance issues.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property The prototype product and any related intellectual property, designs, or materials are the exclusive property of the Seller. The Buyer agrees not to reproduce, reverse engineer, or distribute the product or any of its components without prior written consent from the Seller.
6. Governing Law: This warranty and disclaimer are governed by the laws of ITALY, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved in the competent courts of ITALY

"All digital media and films produced by our team are protected under copyright law. As the creators and rights holders, we retain full ownership of the intellectual property, including the content, footage, and any associated materials. Clients are granted specific usage rights as outlined in the contract, which may include licensing for distribution, broadcast, or digital use, depending on the terms agreed upon. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the content without prior consent is prohibited. We take the protection of our work seriously and are committed to ensuring that all rights are respected in accordance with applicable copyright laws."
