Metal, Aluminum, Plastic, Wood: rulezman workshop is always ready to machine any type of material, transforming dreams into reality.

The workshop is based in three different rooms, one for metal, one for wood and one for electronic tasks..

Rulezman Workshop was born in Scotland in april 2006, known aka rulezman Workshop 1.0, then after the first experiments in the scottish land the workshop is now switched to the ultimate level, based in italy since 1 jan 2007.

Let's take a tour through the metal workshop.

Metal department is where parts are cut from blocks, place where ideas become reality by these main 4 machines:

-SIEG X3 Mill, with DRO, 3 axis

-SIEG C6B lathe, with DRO 3 axis, ALGRA QCTP.

-Emco Unimat 3 Lathe with computer based DRO (2 axis)

-Sealey SM5  6*4 Bandsaw

complete park of complementary tools is present to provide the best product, as the Dremel multitool, a vertical mounted Grinder for cut off operations with Rasta 0.8mm blades, a 250W Bench Grinder, a Bosch 560c Heat gun, a black and decker hand circular saw, a makita chop saw, a bosch drill, air compressor, and much much more.

The main bench with central removable top for easy servicing access on lathe and mill. The mill and the lathe are equipped with coolant tray and foot-action remote for the coolant.

Extra care was taken for safety, as the many emergency stop buttons and chip shields mounted on lathe and mill.

on the shorter edge of bench are mounted a steel vice and a grinder for complementary tasks.

 

 

I have also a smaller bench to develop projects. A full-size wooden board allow me to stick up projects and naked woman calendars. Two areas are covered with vinyl material to improve working techniques.  a grade A inspection marble table is layered on this workbench for precise measurements.

 

 

A tools tray is present in the workshop for MotoX Bikes and MTB Bikes maintenance.

Last but not least , Let's take a tour through the electronic workshop.

This is the oldest part of my workshop, which was deployed by the years by Claudel, electronic old school master..

In this workshop I can create any sort of electronic circuit and repair any sort of device.

professional soldering stations, de-soldering, spectrum monitors, are present.
