15 Apr 2008: Wow, I was so busy in the last few weeks... I did not add any new project but I have done lots of pieces with lathe and milling machines. One of these is a nice CNC look clamp that is made off a single block of aluminum.

25 Jan 2008: Two videos add in the Videos Page . I have started to publish some Machining Lessons here at Rulezman.com . These Two first videos are two really basic operations to work with a lathe. The first is how to mount and center a workpiece using a 4jaws independent chuck. The second one is how to turn and machine a workpiece on the lateral side to get a desired diameter, of course using the aid of the DRO !!

Both videos are available in LO and MID definition versions. Lo version is .MOV h264 320*240, and mid def is .MOV h264 640*480.

18 Jan 2008: I have just add a cool IP visit tracker utility to rulezman.com website (this!) What this SH** means ?  Simple, I can “see” from what part of the globe my watchers are from!! How cool is this !? 5 Jan 2008: The helicopter Headset project is completed after almost two years of planning, making, and arguing! this is an interesting project that involves lathe, mill, airbrush painting, welding, electronic, and other tech skills. Of course this is the keypoint of the rulezman.com website : to be able to create things from zero to final product! stay tuned for more lathe and mill work, anyway!!! I am planning to open a new section of “how to” videos, with fundamental operations on lathe and mill, such as centering a workpiece, how to use a DRO, make threads, cutting steel, turning offset pieces, and much much more.
